staff

Dr. Egger welcomes the opportunity to consult with patients about options to beautify their smile and improve their bite. She offers complimentary initial visits or second opinions. As part of your first visit, you will be asked to complete a health history/personal information form which, can be downloaded from this site, or mailed to you.

Your initial exam will take approximately 30 minutes. During this time, you will be introduced to our staff and receive a brief tour of the office. We will discuss your and your dentist’s orthodontic concerns and expectations. Dr. Egger will perform a comprehensive exam, which involves visually looking at the teeth, jaw and facial area. She will then discuss treatment options and recommendations based upon her findings, your needs, general dental concerns and expectations.

Starting Treatment

If treatment is recommended, we will schedule an appointment to create your orthodontic records. This includes X-rays, dental impressions, and photographs which enable us to make informative decisions about the right treatment to achieve the best results.

Our office has the latest equipment to facilitate friendly and safe patient care. Our state-of-the-art digital X-ray equipment greatly enhances the diagnostic information and image clarity while reducing radiation exposure by 70%. All of our dental images and radiographs are digitally interfaced with our computer system, enabling a paperless office. With this system, we are able to access all treatment information, goals, medical conditions, and expectations with one click. This means our care is more effective, accurate, timely, and personal.

Following your orthodontic records appointment, we will schedule a comprehensive consultation to review the diagnostic records and discuss our recommended treatment plan. A full outline of the appointments, treatment and financial arrangements are provided at this time and you have an opportunity to ask any questions about treatment.
